I booked an appointment and the next day received a follow up call confirming the exact amount (within the quoted range). On the day of appointment I received a call/text confirming on the way.

Uninstall of the old dishwasher and install of the new dishwasher (including running a test cycle) went smooth. I was worried about my soft wood floors as they are easily scratched and I haven't had to replace big appliances since moving in but there are no scratches or evidence work was done besides a better looking and functioning dishwasher.   My relatively new Frigidaire refrigerator has a problem that is endemic to its brand and model. Poor insulation of the coils related to the icemaker.
